Scope

The client requested a thoughtfully designed book to be distributed within their company, showcasing insights from their CX research conducted by our research team.

Process

Worked closely with the research team to navigate the provided content and collaborated with a senior experience designer to define the book’s design and navigation system. A Mondrian-inspired layout was selected to effectively present the customer experience insights, complementing the focus of the content. The grid system and color scheme were aligned with both the client's and our company's brand guidelines to symbolize the collaboration. Printing was coordinated to ensure the binding, print quality, and cutting met our specifications. Once approved, the books were ready for distribution.

The books were successfully printed, delivered to the client and received positive feedback.
